How does a doctor know your not a virgin?
So I'm 16 but about to be 17 and me and my boyfriend were thinking about having sex on my birthday but will the doctors find out? I don't want my parents to know yet and I'm worried that the doctor might tell my mom if she/he finds out. I need advice but we are sure we are ready to have sex it's just that we are afraid to get caught.

if a girls hymen is detached then it's likely that she's not a virgin - my wife waited until our wedding night and despite years of cheer-leading and yoga it was clear that she was a virgin.
Being that your both under the age of consent, it's technically rape of a minor on both parts, and nobody has sex just once then quits, and if you get pregnant everybody will know about it.
I'd suggest talking to your parents - you're a child and your trying to make an adult decision that you can never go back from.

the doctor can't instantly tell that you've had sex. unless you make it obvious or you tell them.
