Name a list of famous but one dimensional fighters. They can be from any era.

I don't think there's anyone. I know some of limited movements but not one dimensional.
One dimensional fighter to me is a fighter who only knows one way i.e. forward. Tyson most of the times goes forward but he also knows how to retreat if his opponent's on the offensive mode.

Earnie Shavers-big hard murderous puncher.
Tex Cobb-human punching bag who could take a holy beating
Early Lennox Lewis-big right hand
Razor Ruddock-big puncher
Virgil Hill-virtually a one handed fighter with the left jab
Primo Carnera-Ambling Alp with no skill but power

Max Baer had an 81 " reach but hardly used a jab, but had one of the very best right hands ever.
Joe Frazier lived on the left hook only.
John L.Sullivan used his right hand mostly.
James J.Corbett fought with the jab most often.

Mike Tyson. He sure was strong and talented, but he was pretty much a bully, and he becomes helpless and confused when an opponent resists his bullying tactics.
