Turkish Airline Luggage Problem??
Hi
I just booked a flight and I got 40KG free luggage
2 pieces 20KG each
I got family there so I'm taking present for them.
so I got 2 bags each bag weights 3KG
I could fit 40 KG in one bag and save 3KG but I'm not allowed as it has to be 20KG
so I asked for extra luggage and they said it's £15 a Kilo
I was wondering if there is any other cheap way to ship my luggage. around 60KG extra
if you had similar problem please tell me what you did
thank you :)

Just follow the rules. They are for the safety of the baggage handlers, who risk injury if passengers bags weigh too much.

Taking it with you and paying the extra is still much cheaper than any alternative shipping.
