Winery, Coffee shop or bakery (not starbucks or similar though) Eatery, English Pub, (for something different) Disneyland or similar, aquarium, good luck

The good old movies and dinner is a starter. One that I have tried was taking a girl to dinner then bowling. Dinner first, that way you have something to talk about while bowling. Don't go somewhere where there are a lot of people, just so the noise isn't bothering and you two can have a conversation. Then ask her questions while you try to help her beat you at bowling. Or in my case, distract her in hopes that you might beat her.
