Extra battery source for travel?

I will be taking an extended flight in a few months and I am looking to purchase an extra power source for when my phone and tablet die. I am not looking for something crazy expensive but would like it small and portable. Any suggestions?

Update:

Ok... what is an amount of capacity that would not even be worth buying then. An amount to shoot for?

Update 2:

If it helps I have an iphone 5s and a galazy tab

The Vivitar Infinite 4400 MAH battery pack is pocket sized and can be free (2.95 shipping) from Newsmax as part of an add gimic to market their mag. It's retail is not that bad either.

Be sure to get one that has plenty of capacity because your tablet requires more than twice your phone -- and you may need to recharge multiple times. Personally, I like the New Trent PowerPaks.

First check if you are allowed to carry them. The most efficient batteries containing LITHIUM carry a risk of fire and explosion and may be considered to be too much like a bomb, or a way of smuggling a bomb on board. You want to avoid hassle.

Buy a PowerBank. These are now available in cheap rates.

    Look at the anker chargers.
