What is the best software for learning to speak German?

Update:

I've read mixed reviews about Rosetta Stone and I'm trying to learn German for various reasons. Can anyone suggest software? At the moment I don't have time for personal courses.

    It's all about psychology. Rosetta Stone is proven to be the easiest way to learn a language.

    You may not have time for personal courses, but you will be wasting your time if you try to learn to speak German with software. Oral language requires conversation, give and take, native speaker modeling, and feedback on your pronunciation and grammar.
