Help needed in telling my parents about my online girlfriend?

So I met a girl online and we've known each other for six months, been dating for five of those.?Alright so really I'm struggling to tell my parents because they are judgmental and we aren't exactly close and like she has already told her family months ago. Her family accept me. The problem is she's an eastern American and I live in Ireland so its not easy to meet but I finish school this year and I want to go over to her. She is real and honest and genuine and believe it or not we are able to help each other through everything.

So yes any tips on how to tell my parents would be appreciated thank you.

I hope I've left everything in

I'm from Ireland as well and I had a boyfriend from England. I told my parents and they went mental, completely stopped my contact with him and everything! Tbh, it all depends on your parents and what they think of the whole situation. They'll probably tell you that she's not real and she's actually and old man or something.

Just be straight with them and say hey this is her, this is where she's from, I like her and think we'll meet one day and maybe happy together :) I think your parents will support you regardless. Best regards, Tyler
