    This will happen plenty of times in your life. An electric blanket is well worth the investment because it will last 20 years.

    If your laptop is on and hot, place it on your bed for a few minutes. If not, then I would suggest to find another source of warmth (like a plate of food) and put it on your bed for a few minutes.
