Can check cashing take from tax refund?

I was wondering; if you owe a check cashing money I took out two 250 loans from two different places ( I regret it but was low on funds ) I did it in July, but I wanted to know can they take it out your tax refund ?

    No but they can attach any bank account you have or garnish your wages.
