Braces Routine?
I need a morning a night routine for cleaning my braces. & tips on swollen gums. Thanks

Best thing for me was using an electric toothbrush, brush each tooth for around 10-15 seconds. Also, mouth wash is great when things are stuck in your teeth(alcohol free is best), I found that the interdental brushes they give you make gums swell more, so if you are finding you have swollen gums, try very gentle flossing if mouthwash won't do the trick. For swollen gums, take some kind of over-the-counter painkiller, ibuprofen was good as it anti-inflammatory, try to drink some cold milk or suck on ice, even holding an icepack on your face where your gums are sore will help.
If none of this works, go and see you ortho to check it out, but swelling tends to die down over time.
