can i burn a rom onto a CD and play it in my wii. i?
if i can't use a CD, then what can i use. I don't really want to use homebrew, i have had bad experiences with that in the past.

CD's only play music/sounds. You'd need a DVD for something like that, although, I am not sure if this is possible to do. You'd need to take the files and put it on a computer, then trasfer it to a blank DVD.
