If you are still there after the date on the notice to leave and haven't paid, the landlord can file in court for eviction. A hearing will be held within 2 weeks of the landlord filing. Then the judge will decide, but is usually 24-48 hours after that. So at most you could get 2-4 weeks, but then you'd have a court eviction on your record which makes it very difficult to rent anywhere else for many years.

You do not get much time. A few weeks to a month depending on how fast the courts move in your area. If you fail to move out by the date on the notice they can file in court on the next day. Once you go to court the judge usually only gives you a few days to move out. If you still refuse to move out the sheriff will come remove you. You will not be able to take any stuff with you but cloths & meds.

Depends on your state and how long the owner wants to give you before calling the cops.
