How do I not overeat my own cooking?
I'm 159lbs and I never overeat when I go out to eat at a restaurant, in fact my boyfriend and I always share or have leftovers to take home. Unfortunately when I cook I just get crazed and eat my cooking until I feel sick. What can I do to stop this behavior?

problem is.. you enjoy food/ eating, and when you make your own, you KNOW how to do it to your liking. Me too. Discipline is the only solution... including dividing your ingredients so there is almost never a 2nd helping. Prepackage things like meat, into single servings, freeze them..then only take out a reasonable amount..

you have to either cook less, or try this. Cook your regular food and have a freezer container on standby. Fix a plate and your boyfriend one, leaving enough for a tiny helping of seconds. Anything more than that, you package immediately and throw in the freezer to keep it away from you and for an easy lunch later.
