You can easily Change your Answers Username.
If you are on Mobile, Switch to Desktop.
Sign in to your Yahoo Profile. https://profile.yahoo.com/
Click your name. then the X to delete existing name
Type in your new name
Click away from the shaded area around the new name to save the changes.
This changes your new name on your Answers profile also.
