meeting my boyfriend's mum outfit?

I'm meeting his mum briefly today because she's dropping by to leave some papers, and we are probably getting a drink together... Is quite informal and she's really laidback but still I want to make a good impression so how do I dress? I am quite tall I am pale have light brown eyes, and shoulder length chocolate brown hair with copper/golden highlights my idea is jeans, navy blue cardigan,brown turtle neck and brown shoes,grey nail varnish, light eyeshadow (skin colour), brown eyeliner on the outer half of my eyes,mascara and a touch of pink blush... Is it ok? I'm I too conservative?

If that is how you will feel comfortable then do for it, it sounds lovely. But the most important thing is that you are comfortable and confidant in yourself.

This shouldn't be something that needs deep contemplation and rumination.  As long as you are clean and look respectable, that is all that matters.

dress like you usually do.. if she likes u the way u r, you will have a great time. don't try to fake or something.. just be confident and put your best foot forward

Something modest. but make it something you enjoy, and feel comfortable in! (scarves are cute for winter)
