I have a 2005 Nissan Altima and I can't turn up cold or hot air. AC/Heater only blows like it's set on a really low level.?
The radiator has been flushed and the a/c has been serviced. Everything is in working order beside the fact that I can't turn up the levels of heat or cool. I can switch it over to cool and you can feel a slight coolness blowing and vice versa with the heat. What could be wrong? The ac level knob?

The refrigerant is probably leaking. Had same problem. Check for leakages. Have a professional do this.

It's possible that the far end of the cable from the knob has become detached from its anchor point. So, when you turn the knob, nothing changes. You would be appalled at the way the wire inside the cable is anchored at the far end ---- it's secured to plastic with what resembles spit.
