How do i tame my reticulated phyon?

How do i tame my reticulated phyton? i got a 5ft one and its only semi tamed i wonder is there any way of taming it faster? when its on my hand its not that aggressive but when it is on its vivarium and i'm about to pick it up i'm just that pretty scared by its look like its always gonna strike so any help?

    The best way that I have found out with my python and other snakes is to show that you are the alpha. It sounds stupid but it works. Don't be scared a snake will not bite unless it is in danger. What I do is I just go up to him/her and pick them right up. Don't go years her head, that frightens them. Pick them up by the middle is their body away from their head. And any time you can hold them so they will be more used to you. Also try and do some research.

    Reptiles do not tame. They are not dogs. They are cold blooded and see any creature throwing heat as food. You throw heat. You are food.
