How do I gain weight?
I am skinny. You can feel my bones and see a bit of my rib cage. I hate it😢 I eat quite a lot of fat stuff anyway as I am 13 but I am healthy as well. I do P. E and some other exercise like dancing. I've tried to put on weight but it's really not working. I don't want to pile up on junk food or anything like that because I think that's disgusting. I get people telling me I'm so skinny and I really don't like that. I don't know what to do😢

Eat TONS of lean protein with fruits and veggies. Unhealthy foods will actually just aid exercise in eating away your muscles sweetie, but if you switch your diet, you should see really quick results. try eating around .8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. (You can convert pounds to kilos then multiply that number by .8 and you'll have your answer.) Avoid fatty meats and processed foods. Eat things like flank steak, skirt steak, shrimp, almost any type of fish, white chicken meat, pork tenderloin, etc. Eat 3.5 cups of veggies a day and two cups of fruit. Only eat whole grain carbs (except for pasta, you can eat it normally there because whole wheat noodle are just gross). Indulge now and then! It's ok to have a bowl of ice cream or a handful of potatoes chips occasionally. The only thing to avoid is fast food. If you want a hamburger and French fries, then just go somewhere that actually uses real food instead of mutated animal bits. Exercise for about 60 minutes a day and you should be set. Good luck!

Well if you dont want to eat alot of junk food, I would recommend that you save up your money and buy a weight gainer (might be also called Muscle Gainer) powder at the nutrition store like GNC or on ebay. This helps people like Baseball Players or Football players gain more weight so they could get more muscle (when they lift weights) when they play. Assuming that you don't lift heavy weights. The powder will just help you gain weight not like alot but enough you will notice, whether you gain weight or not you will be okay kid dont worry.

Are you looking to incorporate 50lbs to your bench? How about in 10 weeks? This is what you would get with this particular easy lockout plan https://tr.im/ttHAn
The Critical Bench program is really superior that a vast level of football instructors across the state embrace this type of training for his or her athletes.
The program is not merely used to simply help increase the benchpush but other substance pulls also, including the squat and deadlift.

When I was very under weight i drank a smoothie every morning with Chocalate, peanut butter, milk, and vanilla ice cream. It helped put on weight, but you also want muscle too. Do some biking, which will hopefully give you some muscle:)
