I don't think anyone can go through life without wanting some guidance at some point. I have no idea about even basic sporting things so I may ask something like "What colour strip do Celtic play in?" which is a very basic question which I don't know the answer to. I know King Croesus of Lydia attacked the Persian Empire of Cyrus under the advice of the Delphic oracle but not what colour Celtic wear. Everyone is different and wants advice on different subjects I would guess. I think a lot of inane questions are asked just because people can't be bothered with the minutiae and want to concentrate on other matters.

Hmmm..

1). Simpler - well yes, I can now use Y!A only on PC not a mobile. That's simpler I guess.

2). More personalised - vilifications and personal attacks go unpunished, but harmless satire gets removed. Well, yes, I guess that's fairly personalised.

Congratulations Y!A team, you can now tick your year end performance appraisals and bank your bonuses.

Just got the email, and the changes they mention were made some time ago. And none of these changes relate to my use of Y!A. So, no they have't listened at all.

Yes I got it... months and months after the changes had already been brought in - I don't check my YA email very often and thought their email must have arrived ages ago.

I got this along with another abusive message from a person who has mistaken me for someone who attacks others online.
