How can I get copyright access to put a Taylor Swift song from 1989 on YouTube?

I make stopmotions, and I really love the idea I have for the song "Out Of The Woods" By Taylor Swift. The only problem with this is, I can t post it because of the fact that YouTube mutes music from this album, so I would need to contact Taylor/ her record to be able to try and get copyright access so I can post the song with the video and not get muted. Is there any contact information out there I can use to contact Taylor/ her label?

Taylor Swift won't even let Spotify play her music. If you had it on YouTube, you'd have to pay her a royalty every time someone viewed your video.

You can see how much a license costs from ASCAP.com or BMI.com.
