Could Girls imply why she did this to me?

So I met this random girl who approached me at the bus stop and she asked personal questions and stuff.

I was answering but I was quite shy/nervous.

After some time the bus came and she said,"Bye" and left with her friend ( a girl).

After 2 weeks, I was at the shopping centre and a random man pat on my back and said , " She want's to talk to ya" and it was the girl.

She talked to me and stuff; looked dreamy when she saw me. She was talking about how she loved to party and dropped out of school.

I advised her to finish school and she replied that she hated studying and only wanted to party coz she believed it was the high life.

She still looked at me with the same old dreamy stare. We both went silent.

Just before the bus came I asked for her number.

She said she didn't have a phone and told me we would see each other again.

SHE DIDN'T OFFER ANY OTHER CONTACT.

When I got on the bus I saw her STARE at me till I could see her NO MORE.

what's up with this girl??

I NEVER SAW HER AGAIN.
