Stock Market: Can't find a stock price for a certain date?

Hi,

I am being forced to document stock prices for a company for a college course. The course is not an investing/business course so the professor doesn't give us any lectures on all details about studying stocks.

One of the dates i am required to record is NOT on record on any site. Monday, January 19th for Borg Warner Inc (BWA) is not documented. WHy is this?

    It's a holiday.

    The NY Stock exchanged was closed. It was a national holiday. No trades were executed. MLK Day.
