Is this how a friend/cousin reacts ?
i have a seventeen year old cousin who is dating. If i say for example "John" is texting me . she goes hes ugly his friends are weird he is a weirdo. She doesnt even know him or his friends to judge them like that. But this is consent . If i say "conor" added me on social network. Don't accept him hes ugly. Every boy that i that i talk about for me is ugly or weird but all the guys she dates are just perfect.Not one guy have i dated is any good for me in her eyes. What is this ? Jealousy ??? or is she right.. It leaves me very hurt

Stupidity.
Just tell her she is entitled to her opinion and you are to yours.
She is speaking off the top of her head obviously--and she needs a reality check.
Keep your activity to yourself--until she put on her grown up sock and act in a sensible way--she just has a loose tongue and is like a loose cannon that goes off without any direction in mind --or particular reason--
Keep your tongue--see the difference.
