I haven't heard Floyd claim that TBE due to his record. It could be that he claim he's the TBE for having so many followers who he can fool. It could also by having so many people he can manipulate and believed whatever he say especially all his excuses. Floyd is the TBE on deceptions and he can make himself listen and believe what he said to himself much more to those people around him. He hate Arum because Bob refuse to be his pawn. Arum antagonized him in working on Manny's benefits. That TBE depends only on how we can tolerate the word. Floyd is only as good as what we believed he is.

fighters are judged on who they fought not just their record, to be considered great you have to fight all the contenders not cherry pick fights with people you know you can beat to pad your record.
