Raw meat diet, ran low on meat tonight so i gave him 3 extra chicken legs, in total of 4.that cool?
was to much snow and icy for the roads today prob stock on more meat tomorrow but is taht coool, he loved it lol its his favorite cus he loves the bones.
i would apprecite it only if people who are on the raw diet or know about it answered only.

Yes, that's fine. The percentages (and variety) of meat, bone, and organ is made up over time. It doesn't have to be exact (or perfect) at every meal.

I'd stick to one protein source for a week or so and keep the bone a bit higher than the standard 'prey model' 10%. When I have pups I feed a mix of roo mince and organ in the morning, a chicken thigh, meaty wing or drumstick at lunch time and meat offcuts or heart at night.

umm, my vet always told me that dogs are not to have chicken bones due to the splintering and choking hazard...also, is it only meat you feed them? interesting
