Would you be friends with someone who is gay or lesbian?
I'm a straight guy and I made a friend and I found out he's gay. I don't want to be a bad person. I like to have friends but never had a gay friend. I don't know if it's a good idea to be friends with him

A gay friend is the best friend to have;
1 - he can be best friends with your girlfriend and won't screw her
2 - he knows your straight and won't screw you either
3 - his fashion sense will assure that you are well dressed
4 - you can have your hair cut at his hairdresser
5 - you get to go to the coolest parade in town
6 - your wine cabinet will be well stocked
7 - gay men know more about male sports than straight guys do
8 - gays are always 'up' for a party

Sometimes I feel like I have more gay friends than straight friends haha. But it's probably half and half. If you convince yourself this type of friendship normal (which it IS), it won't be a problem. You just have to relax, you know you guys are friends already, why not keep a friend?

Sure. I'm gay meself but I try not to let sexuality be a defining factor in being friends.
What's important is if they enjoy going on bloodletting rampages in the name of Satan with me.

Sure, why not? Just because a guy is gay, it doesn't mean he's after you in that way.

Just act like you would with anyone else. I'm sure if he liked you, he would have made a move on you by now So just be chill

as a gay person myself and i have had- a boyfriend for six years. and i also have a six year son-- custody out of a relationship that went sour. anyways- you treat- your straight friends which we havetons of. on top of many lesbian-- and other gay couples. we also run our own business. no one thinks anything of it nowdays. we dont flaunt what we do in the bedroom. you act as a professional= and, life goes on. if it bothers you deep down inside are the anti- christ- of gays then go somewhere else. like i said, we dont flaunt it and i dont in front of my son. if you cant-- acccept it then- just-- go away.
