But if u do know, does oragel work good for this?

If she knows what she's doing it will go so fast you won't have time to jump. You can take 2 - 4 advil 2 hours before. I always do this with tattoos and it really takes the edge off.

A licanced piercer does not use numbing gel, as it changes bloodflow and masks some isues that may come up, (true some may but theirs many diffrent levels, a local shop certifacation, @nd aap liceance( which is the pro standard), along with collage classes such as blood born pathagens, (aap license piercers dont numb, it only creates problimes and makes nerve damage more

A lip piercing does not hurt that much to get, as a person who os afraid of needles and has his septum pierced I can atest to the fact that it dont hurt

If you cant take the pain of the pierci g then you cant take the pain of healing which is double the poercing its self, along with the nasty swelling that comes with it

Any licanced piercing should have the ability to find suplyes through the pro piercer assosiation of america anyway

Also the most important part about piercing, having a auto clav, a thing that costs 2-5 k and sterlizes everything, the only thing outside of industrial bleach that can kill mersa

Does your "licensed" friend work in an actual piercing studio or will this be done in a home environment? Piercings done in any home environment are just a terrible idea, nothing will be sterile the moment the packaging is opened. The risk of infection is GREATLY increased. Numbing agents don't do much of anything to help the pain of piercings, it will still hurt, and they can only cause complications. They'd have to be injected to be truly effective which completely defeats the purpose. No reputable piercer would condone the use of numbing agents.

You shouldn't need a numbing gel. Piercings don't hurt that bad if they're done professionally
