My neighbor said he got a website and plans to put his ex-lover's criminal record on it. He purchased a print out on line. Is this legal?

    A persons criminal record is a public record, so of course it would be legal to publish it.

    Why don't u look into the laws in your area genius.

    Sorry u answered one of my questions about dumping someone over the phone is ok as it prevents violence... that's pretty ignorant dude... unless u personally have a violent temper.
