Beautiful but don't have a boyfriend?
Okay so i have a bestfriend.. She's 15.. She's not like many other girl i know.. She's not ugly, have natural beauty, tall, skinny, smart always be top of the class, one of the richest girl in my school, lots of friends... (Girls like this would normally have dozen of ex and bf but she didn't) She prefer sci fi and action to romance, she don't care about her look, (like she just wear a simple ponytail everyday), never wear makeupand she always say that makeup is a kind of "mask".. but until now not a single boys hit on her..Is it because boys like a girl with makeup? Or boys prefer blonde feminine girls that love shopping to sporty one with smart brain?

I'm guessing it's one of two things. 1) At age 15, boys are shallow and often do go for girls who spend a lot of effort on making themselves look "hot." 2) She's strong, independent, beautiful, and unique, and boys are intimidated by her.
Those two things often overlap too. Guys, especially at that age, tend to go for "low-hanging fruit"--girls who appear attractive at first glance and are easy to get, but aren't nearly as good as what guys could get if they worked a little harder. All that means is, although it may take a little longer for your friend to get a guy than it takes for easier girls, she's more likely to find a guy who's actually worth it.

I'd be hitting on that girl everyday!, All those characteristics you listed just makes her more attractive in my mind. NO, guys don't prefer girls that wear make up. I actually love girls that look good without make up, or girls that love shopping, as long as she pretty and has a good personality I don't see why guys would stay away from her. Maybe she is just too much, and intimidates them away, but as I said she sounds like a keeper

She probably denied boys. She sounds very strong and independent. I wouldn't be concerned
