Just make sure they breathe well, reinforced (ski edges will rip them apart otherwise), and fit comfortably. Having those wrist loops are also a huge bonus since you can take your gloves off without fear of dropping them, especially on the chairlift. I think my gloves are Swany. I bought them at a discount store on sale 7 years ago for around $20. I bought them because they fit and were comfortable.

WindRiver. I got them at marks warehouse for $25 and have been completely satisfied. I would suggest wearing a pair of mini gloves under them though

I use $15 Kinco work gloves.
Have a pair of mitts when it gets to about -5F.

Make sure they are breathable so they don't hold sweat. Otherwise, you hands will get cold. Toko are good, but rather expensive ($30+) depending what style you get.
