I LIVE IN Canada AND COSIDERD " WORKING POOR " ARE THERE ANY GOVT PROGRAMS TO HELP ME?

if still in TORNTO AREA then check out Ontario works, there are programs for low rental/food banks

if can get self into paid training programs for the TRADES they are needing tradesman of all areas, even at your age of 37 they need you..or any other program related to what you like to do

if moved out of that Province look in local phone book under what you are needing all of them have assistance programs

but re training is the big push for so many trades and high tech right now
