Why would a girl text me "hey how have you been" then not want a conversation after that?

This girl I've been hanging out with on the weekends just texted me that, when I texted back I got a 1 word reply. Then I asked if we were still going to hang out this weekend and she said "maybe I'll see" Like wtf? Does this mean she's stupid?
