Take you Mom out to a nice lunch. And get her a nice necklace that has a charm on it that says ( Mom ) or bracelet that she can enjoy wearing and think of the time she and you spent on her birthday/ Valentine's Day.

You could get her a card telling her now meaningful she is to u, and then a nice gift, gift card to her favorite store, a massage or facial or something.

1. flowers, 2. dress or even 3. taking out her for her favourite restaurant or Super shops and let her make her own decision to buy anything she wants is also good. ---- my suggestion
