"Any bike shop" covers the entire country --- or world. Prices vary a little from west coast to east coast. They're selling on Amazon.com anywhere from $9 up to almost $15 with "supposed" free shipping. Everyone knows that "free shipping" cost is built right into the price.
$6 to $12 would be a good guesstimate - depending on where you live and the exact width of the tube needed. Pick up the phone & CALL a bike shop near you.

They can run $5 - $10 it's not a very common size so call around to different bike shops first. Walmart my or may not stock them, they do sell then on line.

Google or search 'bicycle shop' with your 5 digit zip code. Pick up the phone & call one or two bike shops.
