How do I transfer photos and videos to a new iPhone 5?
The old phone was also an iPhone 5. I used iCloud to transfer most things over to it, but only 3 photos transfered. The old phone has 100s of photos and videos. The new iPhone already completed the set-up process, btw. Thanks in advanced!

Make sure to do an icloud backup now which will save all of your photos videos apps contacts etc. and then you can go ahead and load all that data on to your new pone and that should get everything back from your old phone from emails to videos.

Did you do a full backup of the old phone? everything should have been saved, your contacts, apps, pictures, etc..
