What happen when potassium hydroxide reacts with tetraoxosulphate (iv) acid?

    "Tetraoxosulphate(IV) acid." (sic) I believe you mean tetraoxosulphate(VI) acid, otherwise known as sulfuric acid, H2SO4. In H2SO4 sulfur has a +6 oxidation state, not +4. It is +4 in the hypotherical "H2SO3", but that is a different thread.

    When sulfuric acid is neutralized by potassium hydroxide, the soluble salt potassium sulfate is left in solution along with the water molecules which are formed.

    H2SO4(aq) + 2KOH(aq) --> K2SO4(aq) + 2HOH(l)
