Mumbai airport - snack bars?

Update:

I will be going out to the Far East in a few months and have a five-hour stopover in Mumbai airport. Do the snack bars and coffee stalls there accept foreign currencies or will I need to get hold of some rupees to buy anything?

Inside the international areas they will usually accept any major currency.

If you really have to, change a small amount of foreign currency into rupees at one of the exchange facilities.
