New Zealand will always be the favourites but South Africa will be there as will England, especially since they have home ground advantage. Australia look to be in too much chaos at the moment to win the tournament although they're capable of beating anyone on their day. France will always be a threat but that threat level various from week to week. French rugby has always been unpredictable. Wales is capable of beating Australia, England and France but they will struggle against full strength South African and New Zealand teams.
