no one can seem to answer. PLEASE HELP.?
ok so I got a no insurance ticket in rock island Illinois, ok so I went to court and plead guilty he told me to just pay a fine. so I got pulled over tonight and come to find out I had a suspended licence and got arrested for driving on a suspended plus they towed my car! the judge never told me I was suspended just to pay a fine?! they never sent me any mail?! I don't think this is fair I really want to do something about it. can I? love to hear your opinions...

I live in IN now, but I'm from IL. It was the DMV that suspended you. In IL you get a 6 month suspension for driving without insurance. This has nothing to do with the court, or fines.

Maybe you weren't listening. After court you should of went right to the window and paid. Your license was suspended because you did not pay.

He'll no they ain't going to say shot that's how they make the money all the way down the chain bro..even the tow truck driver took his girl out to dinner on you and he tipped the waiter with your money. And the waiter went home and stopped at the pet store with his tip to feed his monkey named spanky. The chain bro the chain it goes on and on..be smarter than these fools man keep it clean

GO AND READ THE COURT PAPERS THEY ARE ON FILE.IF YOU DIDNT PAY THE FINE THEY WOULD HAVE SUSPENDED YOUR LICENCES.BEING HONEST WITH THE JUDGE GOES A LONG WAYS.IF YOU CAN AFFORD A LAWYER THEY WILL APPOINT ONE TO YOU.

file a lawsuit against the judge and the county..make a discovery request for all information...I suppose you could read the discharge sheet they gave you
