How can I block someone's phone number from calling or texting on my cell?

    I have an Alcatel and AT&T said it cannot be done from the phone. So I was wanting to know if there is a star command such as *66 or *68 that would allow me to enter I number I dont want to call or text me.

    That would depend on the phone you have & if there is that option. Check your settings to see.
