Yes it's very hard on the knees!
And your knees are already bruised and banged up
Because you're on them ALL THE TIME!
What you might want to do is work on attaching 1 pound weights to your sphincter muscles so you can tighten it up so it's not hanging all loose and flabby!
You're A*S*S*HOLE hangs like a set of balls because you're getting your A*S*S* F*U*C*K*ED out all the time.
Also do everyone a favor attach a bucket to your butt because if you haven't noticed you're oozing J*I*Z*Z* everywhere you go out of your flabby A*S*S*HOLE!
