dogs going #1 in my house?

The boys are neutered but still pee on a few places in my living room. I try to stay on top of it, but it's difficult. I use carpet stain/odor remover specifically for pet odors then lately I've been using white vinegar as well on the carpet and on the pieces of furniture. What else can I do? It seems like they think it's ok to piss there. I went as far as to take apart an end table and deep clean it (actually removing a piece of the wood that had been saturated). I'm not sure what else I can do in this situation

I just bought a puppy a couple months ago and I had the same issue. What I did was limit the water he drinks to just two times a day after his meals, or after I play with him or just finished walking him outside. My dog usually needs to pee 20 minutes after he drinks, so around that time I try to keep a close eye on him. Watch for signs that your dog needs to use the bathroom, such as sniffing the carpet, spinning in a circle, etc. Then once you feel like you're dog needs to go, simply put put him on a pee pad (I placed his pad on an area he peed on the most). It took my dog 2 months, but now he's finally trained. It just takes time for dogs to get use to.
