According to the Times of India edition dated 3rd. January 2015, Andhra Pradesh's temporary capital at Mangalagiri.

It is Hyderabad presently, with a time limit of 10 years.
Area on the other side of Vijayawada city (in Guntur district) across River Krishna, is being acquired between the limits of Mangalagiri (a hill top temple-town), Thulluru.& Anathavaram. Help of Japanese & Singaporean expertise is planned for building a contemporary modern city.
The only fly in the ointment is that it is also a rich agricultural region producing many essential crops some 2 or 3 crops a year. As a matter of principle, agricultural land shouldn't be diverted to unproductive, even if remunerative, purpose.
The Capital might cost a bomb, finally. I wonder who is going to foot the bill. The new state's population shouldn't be taken to ransom.
