Healthcare.gov..I have to agree to the website's TOS? Agree that they can send my web-viewing history data to third parties? Not happening.?

    They're not sharing your personal information. That's against HIPAA law.

    HealthCare.gov doesn’t collect any personally identifiable information (PII) about you during your visit to the website unless you choose to provide it.

    Healthcare.gov never collects information for commercial marketing or any purpose unrelated to their mission and goals.
