Does she like me,or is she just being friendly?

I am good friends with a girl in my chemistry class and one day she"playfully teased" me. It was about this other girl who is in the same class with us. She was "teasing" me because the other girl said that we both are"married"(which is a complete lie). I really don't know what my friend is doing. I do kinda like her,but we already have an awesome friendship. I don't want to ruin it .
