Aquarium stocking??!!?

Two different options for a 90gallon with drift wood and rounded (brown) pebbles:

1- pictus catfish

10- neon tetras

6- buenos aires tetras

6-long finned skirt tetras

Need a centerpiece fish

Or

10- tiger barbs

1- pictus catfish

16- neon tetras

2- dwarf Gouramis

12- white finned rosy tetras

Are either/both of these setups compatable with the fish mentioned? Water perameters? Temperatures (Fahrenheit please)? For plants I was going to get a bunch of corkscrew vallisniria and java fern. I already have driftwood and a filter. A heater is coming. Any tips or tricks for a beginner aquariumist? Please help!

I used aqadvisor.com and am not sure if they're outdated or anything, but I'm using them to stock my tanks instead of coming on here and asking. They'll give you recommendations about the care of your fish and things like that. I did both of the calculations with out a filter since you never mentioned one. I'm sure you have it though.
