How do I remove msg "my copy of windows isn't geuine" which it is without a doubt. Thanks?

    Install your product key.

    If you've installed your product key, then you are experiencing what is known as the "false positive" software bug. The only way you get rid of it is to install your Windows updates. Then update was released months ago, so you are way way way WAY behind in your Windows updates.

    Thanks, It's actually my neighbours Laptop and considering they're clueless when it comes to Computers that's probably the answer. I'm not a lot better but will try it for them

    Contact customer service and re-register the copy.
