Painful bump between bum cheeks?
Hi, I have a bump between my bum cheeks and it's really painful, it's leading towards the bottom towards my vagina.
It's painful when I do anything and I literally woke up like this - no warning. I'm also a virgin if that helps.
Question is: would sudocrem help? It's all I got right now + any cure and tips please? Thank you!

Possibly a boil, possibly an abscess. Higher up on the buttocks, a doctor might suspect a pilonidal cyst. These are all types of skin infections. There are lots of bacteria in this area of the body, and a split in the skin can easily become infected.
It's also possible it's something else unrelated to an infection.
It's safest to see a doctor first before trying to treat this, just to be sure what the cause is and get the doctor's recommendation for the best treatment for it. If it is an abscess, it needs a doctor's care. At least before you apply Sudocrem (an antibacterial gel, which may or may not help), take a look at the label to make there are no warnings about applying it in this area. There are prescription-strength antibiotic gels which may work better and be safer there.

...but again, the best course of action first is to get this checked by a doctor, as it may not be a boil.
Good luck. I hope this resolves quickly.
