If you're studying full-time in the UK, on a student visa, you'll be permitted to work for 20 hours a week maximum (assuming you can find a job).

To get a student visa, you'll need to have a confirmed full-time course place, and proof you can afford the full cost of studying in London

Unless you hold EU citizenship, your plan simply won't work; there are no part-time student visas.

That's not full-time class attendance. No student visa, and no working.
