If you can't think of a title now, then wait until you've completed a first draft. A title might appear to you as you write the subsequent drafts.

How about "Enough" ?
No, wait, that was used before.
Well, there is . . . no that was used in another story about a wife with abusive husband.
Try . . . n used in that other story about an abusive relationship . . .
Gee, looks like all the good titles have been used for your story by all the other writers who wrote it before.
